This means you should create a scene that shows a bit of stormy weather (any kind from light rain to full-on tornado) and just to make it more fun please include birds in your scene - hence the name "Fowl Weather".
Your background and foreground images should be stamped or digi'd onto the paper to make a scene. After the stamped scene is laid you may add dimensional aspects (this is a special note to all the card makers who build a scene with paper instead of stamped images).

Missed out on playing along last month but have managed an early entry this month! Lovely DT work - some very interesting interpretations of the "Fowl" weather theme x
Finallly managed to play along this month - I hope my card follows the rules - if it doesn't please let me know and I will try again.
